Capital Credit FAQ's

 
Upon a member’s death, the capital credit account needs to be finalized. In order to accomplish this, the following procedures needs to be completed:
  1. Contact Randolph EMC to remove the member’s name from the active account
  2. Electronically send or mail a completed deceased Estate Claim form along with the estate appointment
  3. documents from the Clerk of Court with a visible Notary Seal.
