Are you moving to a new residence and need your Randolph EMC electric service
transferred from your current residence? If so, just complete the online form
below to transfer your service.
When a customer transfers from one location to another, we review his/her Randolph EMC
payment records for the previous 12 months. Based on this review, it sometimes is
necessary for us to request that our customers re-establish credit by paying an
appropriate security deposit or by obtaining an acceptable guarantor.
- If a security deposit is required, we will contact you by email and provide addition instructions.
- If a security deposit is required, it will need to be satisfied prior to electric service being transferred.
If you are a first time customer or currently do no have service with Randolph EMC, please use

Our service personnel are available Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. Please allow
at least 3 business days from today to complete your order.
