Randolph EMC is different from other electric utilities. We are an electric cooperative, which is a type of electric utility that is owned by the members it serves. A co-op exists solely to provide high-quality service at the lowest possible price for its member-owners. Any profits, or margins, are put back into the cooperative to help run the business efficiently, or are returned to the member-owner. Learn more about how the cooperative works here.

At the end of the form you will have an opportunity to provide additional information about your request or to ask other questions regarding your new service. Please print out a copy of your completed application form for your records before submitting it to Randolph EMC.

If you are moving to a new location outside of Randolph EMC’s territory, click the link below to complete the online form. We have enjoyed having you as a member of REMC, and would like to remind you that as a member of the cooperative, you have been allocated capital credits during your tenure as a member-owner. On the following form, you will be asked to provide a forwarding address to receive your final bill.
In addition, you may be included future capital credit retirements from the cooperative. Please use our Change Address form to keep us informed of future address changes, so that we will be able to contact you to receive any allocations that are due to you.

Please note that Service Technicians are available Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., excluding major holidays. Please allow at least 3 business days to complete your order.

Randolph EMC uses various pieces of information such as your phone number and address to respond more quickly to your service needs. Our records of your phone number, mailing address and service address are listed on your bill each month. If Randolph EMC does not have correct information on your account, or if you would like to add new contact information, please click the link below to complete the online form.
