Offices Closed to Walk-In Traffic Beginning Monday, March 16


In an effort to protect our members’ and employees’ health amid the rapidly evolving COVID-19 virus, we are taking additional precautions by restricting walk-in traffic at our offices in Asheboro and Robbins beginning Monday, March 16, at 8:00 a.m. Our drive-through window at the Asheboro office will remain open to serve members.  Even though we are utilizing a temporary office across the street, the drop box inside the front door at the original Robbins office will be available for members to drop in payments. 

We strongly encourage our members to use remote options for services requests, bill payments and other business. Bill payments may be made via, our Randolph EMC Mobile App or via phone at 1-877-534-2319. 

Our Member Service Specialists will remain available via phone during business hours to assist with applying for service, payment extensions or any other requests or needs. Other functions of our operations will continue to operate as usual. The Asheboro office can be contacted at 1-800-672-8212 and the Robbins office at 1-800-868-7014.
